COVID-19 Prevention Policy

DeOro take the well-being of our customers very seriously and are doing our utmost to work inline with UK Government advice and guidelines during this time in the Covid-19 pandemic.

We would like to re-assure you that our products are stored in clean sanitised closed areas as well as the packaging area. We sanitise our hands and only touch items with clean hands when packaging.  Products are also sent to you in sealed wipe-able postal bags and currently signatures are not required for any items. If items are local delivery then we would leave outside the door for you (or your preference) and let you know once it is delivered. 

We are also taking extra precautions with any returned or tried on items, these will be either steamed or sprayed with a specialist clothing disinfectant and stored for at least 72 hours before re-selling.

We're still open online and currently operating as normal but please be aware that some shipping delays may be experienced.
